This workshop will examine how pandemics are impacting people’s livelihoods with a focus on Asia.  There are useful insights from various regions of Asia trying to mitigate and adapt to wide variety and frequent challenges caused by bacteria and viruses, in their effort to deal with large-scale illnesses and death.
